Your role or the job you want, in a few words. For example: PR and Communications Manager.

Two or three lines on who you are and what you are good at.

For each job: the role and company on the first line, the dates on the next, then a line per achievement starting with a dash (-). Leave an empty line between jobs.

Same pattern: degree and college, then the years. An empty line between each.

Separate them with commas.

Languages, certifications, awards. The first line of each group becomes its heading.

About this tool

A good resume is mostly the right facts in a calm, predictable order. A recruiter spends seconds on the first look, and an applicant tracking system reads it long before a person does. Both want the same thing: your name and contact at the top, then experience, education and skills, each under a plain heading, in one column of real text.

That is what this tool produces. You type into ordinary boxes the way you would write a note on your phone, with no dragging sections around and no template to fight. The PDF is built on your device the moment you press run. Nothing is uploaded, there is no account, and you download the finished file without a watermark.

Your draft stays in this browser, so updating it for the next application takes a minute: change the headline, add the new job, run it again.

How to use this tool

  1. Fill in your details. Name, headline and contact first. Then your work, education and skills, typed the way you would write them in a notes app. The grey example in each box shows the pattern.
  2. Write jobs as short blocks. Role and company on the first line, dates on the second, then one line per achievement starting with a dash. Leave an empty line before the next job.
  3. Pick a look and run it. Modern has clean blue headings; Classic is a centred, all-black serif page that suits government and academic applications. You see page one straight away.
  4. Download, or keep editing. Your text stays saved on this device. Change a line and run it again for a fresh PDF. “Start again” clears it.

What this tool does not do

  • English letters only in the PDF for now; Hindi and other Indian scripts are not supported yet.
  • No photo, and no custom colours or fonts: two looks, Modern and Classic.
  • Links in the PDF are shown as text, not clickable.
  • It does not read your old resume. Copy the text across into the boxes.

Common questions

Is it really free? Is there a watermark?

Free, with no watermark, no sign-up and no limit on how many times you download. The PDF carries only what you typed.

Will applicant tracking systems (ATS) be able to read it?

Yes. The resume is real text in a single column with standard headings, not a picture, which is the layout those systems parse most reliably. You can select and copy the words in the PDF to check.

Where is my information stored?

Only in this browser on this device, so you can come back and edit. It is never uploaded; the PDF is made on your phone or computer. Press “Start again” to erase it, or use a private window if it is a shared computer.

Can I write my resume in Hindi?

Not yet. The PDF fonts used here cover English letters only, so the tool will tell you if it finds Hindi or other scripts. The page itself works in Hindi, and the resume comes out in English.

How do I add a photo?

This version has no photo. Most private companies now prefer resumes without one. If a form asks for a photo, the passport photo maker on this site will size it for you.

How long should my resume be?

One page for up to about five years of work, two pages beyond that. If yours runs longer, the tool says so. Trim older jobs down to one or two lines first.

I have no work experience yet. What do I put instead?

List academic projects, internships, relevant coursework and certifications in place of jobs, written the same way: title, place or platform, then one line per outcome starting with a dash. A solid final year project or a short internship carries more weight than an empty work section.

Should I include my CGPA or percentage?

Yes, for campus placement. Add it under education next to your degree and college. Once you have two or more years of work experience, you can drop it, since your job history matters more than your marks by then.

Large files and complex PDFs can take a moment on older phones.
