We read everything. A few things are especially worth telling us about:

A tool that produced a wrong result. Say which tool, what you put in and what came out. If a file was involved, describing it (the format, roughly how big, which phone or camera it came from) usually tells us more than the file itself would.
A portal that rejected a file prepared here. Which portal, what it asked for, and what it said when it refused. This is the most useful report we get.
A tool that is missing. Particularly anything you currently do by uploading a document to a website you would rather not.
Anything on the privacy page that is unclear or looks wrong.
